LBS FASHION REFUND POLICY
*Products from LBSFASHION always go through Quality control but Incase a product has a defect from us, please send us pictures and we will exchange it (This is applicable to clothes, veils , turban etc and delivery cost on LBSFASHION).
*Exchanges are only valid within 48hours of receiving your purchased order. We won’t treat any complaint if it’s more than 48hours,also know that mishandling a product can damage it and we won’t be responsible if the item was damaged by you…
*Please ensure that you know your clothing size before placing your order , use the size guide to order, because once manufacturing or shopping starts, we can’t cancel production. Kindly include your preferred design and color, we will not be liable (refund) for any wrong order sizing or wrong item, be it gold, abaya or fabrics once order has been confirmed , shopping, production or shipping has started…
*If you picked the wrong item and if what you want is still available to be bought Instore, you can send the wrong size or cloth design to our office (delivery cost is on you) then the exchange will be made. ( this is only applicable to clothes and that’s if the item is still available, if not we won’t be able to fix the situation) Also, This has to be done within 48hours of you receiving your order so all orders received should be checked immediately it’s received.
Exchange or refund cannot be made on preordered products. Especially on Gold or items shipped from dubai, this is because we shop them strictly on order.
*Always make payment immediately your bill is sent and Incase payment is not made immediately, please reconfirm availability, kindly note that LBSFASHION does not issue refund if the customer does not confirm availability before making payment, if this happens the amount paid into the company’s account will become store credit for the customer to pick another design from us.
*If there is a late delivery obviously caused by a third party service,LBSFASHION will not refund for goods in transit.
*Pickup during working hours is allowed.
*Stockpiling is at customers risk, exchange/refund will not be made on stockpiled items.
